Top Score allows users to submit online destinations ("Destinations") and contribute a fee to gain visibility for those Destinations. Destinations can include websites, social media profiles, YouTube channels, and other online locations. Rankings on Top Score are primarily based on the amount contributed for each Destination.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account ("Account") to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit Destinations containing any of the following:
Illegal or Harmful Content: Content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, malware, phishing attempts, violence, or otherwise harmful content.
Misleading or Deceptive Content: Content promoting scams, fake news, or misleading information.
Copyright Infringement: Content distributing copyrighted material without permission.
Spam or Low-Quality Content: Content that is primarily spammy or offers low-quality content.
Self-Promotion of Top Score: Links directly promoting Top Score itself.
4. Contributions and Refunds
Contributions to Top Score are non-refundable.
By submitting a Destination and making a contribution, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Top Score reserves the right to remove any Destination that violates these Terms, without notice or refund.
5. Ranking System
Rankings on Top Score are primarily based on the total amount contributed for each Destination.
Additional contributions for the same Destination can be made to solidify a higher ranking. New contributions from other users may also affect your ranking position.
6. Disclaimer
Top Score does not guarantee the effectiveness of promoting a Destination or the quality of traffic it may receive. The success of your Destination relies heavily on the content you provide at the linked location.
7. Termination
Top Score reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina.
9. Changes to the Terms
Top Score may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms.
